Charles Bruce Hairstyling was established in 1975 starting with only two employees. Through the years the salon industry has grown and so has Charles Bruce. In 2006 Charles Bruce decided to expand. Charles Bruce Salon and Spa was introduced across town from the original location.  Now there are two fabulous locations with twenty employees.

Charles Bruce Hairstyling offers the best in precision cutting.  The colorists offer the newest techniques in highlighting, low lighting, and touch ups!  Keep your color looking fabulous by purchasing any of the products in the Charles Bruce Hair Care Line recommended by your stylist.

Our nail department offers routine maintenance by keeping your nails looking clean and bright with a manicure. Maybe spice it up with one of the new colors in the OPI line.  Try acrylic nails if your own just aren’t keeping you happy. Also, the newest procedure for nails are gel nails. A light-cured product designed to seal, correct, lengthen and beautify fingernails. This system provides a non acrylic alternative to conventional nail cosmetics which provides longer lasting and infinitely more beautiful results.

Men are always welcome!  In a separate part of the building, keep your style fresh whether you need a clean up, touch up, or your thinning hair looking full again! Our stylists offer the best in blending gray, no one will ever know you’ve had your hair touched up and you’ll stay looking young and professional.  If thinning hair is your problem, we offer the newest fix!

Charles Bruce Salon and Spa opened right across town to offer a more relaxing experience.   In this 170 year old building every room has something unique to offer you. 

Our salon will start you off in a peaceful Victorian setting to receive your color services.  Weather it be your regular touch up or getting more creative with highlighting, low lighting, and bollyage. Our stylists offer you the newest, hottest techniques there are.  Always keeping up with the freshest procedures Loreal has to provide to us. 

Next, step into our cutting and styling room with renovated hard wood floors and unique ceilings.  Here, we use Charles Bruce’s Professional Line of Hair Care products to rinse and rejuvenate your hair and scalp.  All of the stylists are trained in precision hair styling to accommodate all types of hair!

If it’s your toes and feet that are feeling drab.  Step across the hall to our two whirlpool pedicure baths.  The jets will massage your feet while the nail technician works from foot to foot massaging with Charles Bruce’s Professional line of Spa products.  Helping your feet to feel soft and rejuvenated before they get polished with OPI’s newest and brightest colors.  French and American styles are also offered if a more natural look is trying to be achieved.

Afterwards head downstairs to our warm and cozy nail room.  Where you can receive the best treatment from our LCN certified nail technician, Suzanne.  She is certified in the most recent procedures.  Whether it be acrylic nails that suit your needs, or a clean up and polish to keep your nails looking strong and healthy. Why not try the latest fashion in nails, gel nails! Sue will help seal, correct, lengthen, and beautify your nail needs.

Before you head down to your massage, facial, or wet treatment stop off in the waiting area and have a cup of Green Mountain self brewed coffee.  Our massage therapists provide the newest techniques.  Whether you need to feel relaxed with a Sweedish massage, or relieved with a little more pressure try the deep pressure massage. If you are looking for a different experience, ask for a Hot Stone massage.  It will melt away any knots and relieve stress. All of our massage therapists are certified in all services.  We also offer romanic couples’ massages.  Treat your significant other to a relaxing massage and purchase one for yourself as well.
